Yes, you can certainly order by phone. Call us 0640434351 or send us a Whatsapp message. Alternatively, you can send us an email at contact@zaanflowers.nl. If you have any questions, our team will answer as soon as they can. We try to answer most emails the same day, but this is not always possible. Especially not during busy periods, such as Valentine's Day. We do not recommend sending your payment details via email, as emails are not encrypted and can be intercepted. Please note that we do not provide 24-hour customer service. Our customer service hours are Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 6.00pm and on Sundays from 11am to 5pm.
Yes, you can if you have a credit card or PayPal account. We accept most credit cards and PayPal is enabled at checkout.
Some of our flowers come with a vase, which is included in the price. If this is the case, it will be stated in the description below the photo.
Yes, you can send flowers anonymously. For data protection purposes, all information provided by the sender will be kept anonymous, the recipient will only see the card message (if you choose to include one). If you'd like them to know who owns the flowers, please let them know in the comments box.
